Welcome to My Halal Brows. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions govern all bookings made through the My Halal Brows platform.

1.2 By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Bookings

2.1 All bookings must be made through the official platform to be confirmed.

2.2 Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is successfully paid through the platform.

2.3 Please ensure all booking details are accurate before submission. Any incorrect information may result in delays or the inability to provide the service.

3. Payments

3.1 A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

3.2 The remaining payment must be made in full at the end of the treatment by cash or bank transfer. We do not accept card payments.

3.3 All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3.4 Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.

4.2 Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

4.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

4.4 If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

5. Late Arrivals

5.1 Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service.

5.2 If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your session or reschedule, depending on availability.

6. Treatment Room Policy

6.1 For safety and hygiene reasons, no children or animals are allowed in the treatment room.

7. Liability

7.1 We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the services provided unless caused by our negligence.

7.2 Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before the treatment begins.

8. Client Conduct

8.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who display inappropriate behavior, are disrespectful to staff, or violate any of our policies.

8.2 Any damage caused to our property by the client will be the client’s responsibility.
